mystery bits of bugaboo, can any expert help me identify them?

so i have a bugaboo gecko, when i unpacked it there were two pieces of flat black plastic type stuff which were not mentioned in the instructions. after gazing enviously at every bugaboo i see, cam and gecko, for 8 months and wondering why my under buggy bag hangs like an empty sac and theirs are all structured i suddenly realised that one of these pieces of plastic curves into the bottom of the bag, giving it shape and structure- hurrah, now my bag is like everyone elses, BUT what is the other bit of plastic for? it's narrower than the bag bit and i just can't see where it goes but am now convinced it is an integral part i've been missing out on, if anyone is stil with me, any ideas of what it may be?

Hmm, might one of them go in the bottom of the carrycot? I have a dim memory of something like that.

I thought it was packaging lol.. used the bit for the basket but just threw the other bit in the box

i thought it was pacjaging too until i was struck by the realisation of the bag bit. the other spare bit has a mysterious, small ridged area on both sides, only about 1cm long and in a really random place, over to one side about a 1/4 way down, Heffa you may be right about the carrycot. i only found a place for the two small ruler sized pieces after remembering something i had read on here, had been using the carrycot without them for months

It took me a while to figure out the ruler sized pieces as well . I do definitely seem to remember a bit of black plastic in the bottom of the carrycot but I do have pregnancy brain atm so I am unreliable! Can't think where else it would go but I doubt it's terribly important.
