P&T Vibe wheels doing my head in--what am I doing wrong?

Just got P&T Vibe a few weeks ago and am pretty pleased overall. Only thing is the rear wheels keep coming off! Is there some latch I haven't closed or something? I have looked and looked and pored over the manual but I cannot figure this out. Especially annoying when you go to fold it up and put it in the car and the wheels come off in the parking lot.

Any thoughts?

I don't know about wobbly wheels but the tyres on my Vibe when bald within three months... and were both replaced by Out N About.

And this week the metal chassis snapped clean in two! It has snapped where the horizontal bar (where the doubles kit sits) meets the metal arm going down to the wheel. It is totally unusable so now I have to see whether they will replace it!

I have to say it is not a particulalry well made pushchair!
