FLOATING HARNESS FOR A 1YR OLD ZIKO

I am thinking of buying a ziko but worry about this floating harness. Can anyone give me advice. Can the harness be changed? Is it ok to use if done properly.

i hated the floating harness which is why i sold both of my ziko's the 2009 ziko's are/were (think now discontinued?) made with fixed one tho! hth
