Anyone fixed a handle issue on a Mamas and Papas Ocarro?

Has anybody got the Mama's and Papa's Ocarro pushchair? My grandson's has a dodgy handle. The left side doesn't stay in position even when it is locked in place. It is noticeable that when the clamps at both sides are taken off, the right side clicks when moved up and down and the left side doesn't.

I can't seem to find a way to remove any part so that I can try and fix it.

I had several issues with my Ocarro and we went directly to Mamas and Papas to tell them. They sent several new parts to us. We aren’t mainland UK and this was during Covid, perhaps you could take it into a store if you are in the UK and they will replace it? The pram has basically had all the parts changed except the actual seat!

I think we are probably looking at putting a spacer on there to stop it dropping. I've seen some oval trunking that can be flattened in place with a cable tie.

It is 5 years old by the way so can't see the company touching it
