Concerned about tilted bassinet in Maxi Cosi Zelia carrycot - advice needed

Hi
I am due later this month and my parents bought me a Maxi Cosi Zelia carrycot. This has a bassinet but it doesn't lie completely flat, it's tilted. I am concerned about this as everything I have read, including NHS and Lullaby Trust guidelines, state that a baby should lie flat in a pram. This would be for daytime use when I'm out and about not night sleeping. In all the marketing photos of this product, it is flat, not tilted. I contacted Maxi Cosi and they said it's supposed to tilt and it's perfectly safe for newborns and it helps with reflux. Has anyone else got this product or a similar type product? I just don't feel this is ideal as I would be worried to go out in it for too long as presumably babies sleep in prams when out for some time and clearly this goes against all recommended advice out there.
Would like to hear your thoughts - am I stressing over nothing?
Thanks.

Oh gosh it’ll be fine! Perfectly safe. Don’t give it a second thought … it’ll be a long 18 years if you stress over the very tiny things

I always had my sons slightly raised when in the pram.... they are now 18 and 21. Never caused any problems.
