Best pram for a toddler and newborn

Looking at a cheap runaround pram for a just turned 2 year old and a newborn. Any recommendations?

Has anyone had the Joie Estrella and liked it? Can’t see it has a newborn bassinet

I realise it's been a few months but just wondering if you went for the Joie Estrella? I'm considering it too but don't know anyone who has tried it
