Cosatto woosh 4 straps loosening themselves?!

I bought this buggy at the start of the month. I thought it was the answer to all my prayers, I wanted a compact buggy for my small car, up and down with one hand and looks pretty snazzy! I LOVED it!

After a few days I realised that the straps loosen themselves with the slightest wriggle from my 18 month old. I thought I'd give it a few more goes in case it was user error. Today my baby twisted himself then got his arm tangled in the straps which was hurting him and lead to him screaming the street down and me panicking because I couldn't untangle him!

Customer services are now closed so I'm waiting until tomorrow to chat with them. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't find anything when I google for the issue and I'm worried if I get an exact replacement I'll have the same issue!

Honestly, it’s a shit buggy. I had one and it would never sit properly upright and the break broke very early on. I struggled on with it for a year, which is 11 month longer than I should have bothered.

They lure you in with the pretty prints, but they’re awful.

As you’ve not long bought it I’d push for a refund and buy something else.

Daaaaamn. We had a cosatto travel system to start off with, it was extremely cheap in the sale. We've been happy with that for 18months. Theres not many places that I can look at locally that do buggies, just smyths really and all their compact ones seem really flimsy.
I'm going to try to return it I think, thank you!
