Best double buggy for 6 month old + 2 year old

Hi there, my second baby is due in December, when my 1st will be around 20 months. I think for the first 6 months we'll probably just turn our Uppababy vista into a double, but it'll be a bit cumbersome I'm sure so I'd like to invest in a good, manoeuvrable side-by-side pushchair once the baby is sitting up. From a first glance, the out n about nipper looks quite good, but would love your recommendations. Thanks so much!

Highly recommend the nipper. I used in exactly the same situation. So easy to fold, store, manoeuvre, and both DC were very comfortable in it.
Sometimes I took the double nipper out with only one boy in it, in preference to our single McLaren buggy.

@FellInAPotHole thank you! That's reassuring :)

What car have you got? Check the measurements v. carefully, the Nippa wouldn't fit in our car when we measured it up. We got the Joie Aire Double Buggy instead, v. light, easy to move and fits through most doors, fab shopping space underneath (and great value).

We used our uppababy as a double whilst newborn was in the carrycot and then fairly quickly swapped to out n about. I did get the rumble seat but it became hard to move and also depending on who was asleep/lying down or awake it became a faff. The manoeuvrability on the out n about is amazing for a double and it fits through most doors. Good size seats too as they grow.
