Hi my sister has a pushchair/pram from mamas and papas at the end of 2023 so it’s just over a year old and faulty.
The rain hood and break broke, to whicj the back wheels would not move at all and it was sent back for a repair. This happened again and it was sent back to repair again. This has now happened for a third time and this time the handle has completely broken too.
my sister has had enough of the constant repairs. The pram isn’t safe and keeps breaking.
mamas and papas will not replace it and will not give a refund. Only repair.
how many times is it acceptable for repair before my sister can have a replacement or refund?
As this is ridiculous how many times it’s breaking it’s clearly faulty and not fit for purpose ideally she would like refund.
what are her rights? I can’t seem to find anything regarding multiple faults and the faults not being corrected properly in the first place.
