Help to fit baby into pushchair harness

My little one is 8 months old and just starting to use the pushchair more and I can't find anywhere online which says how to fit the straps around baby!

We have the mamas and papas ocarro pushchair and it has a little headrest and shoulder pads which I have no idea if they need to stay in or can they come out? Little one can sit up unassisted but likes to lean to look at things so the harness needs to hold her in but not restrict her.

I've had a look but none of them are adjusting the straps while baby is in the pushchair, just how to do the harness up! If you could link one that would be very kind 😊

Sorry OP. I am not in UK and fell asleep not long after posting. I hope you have managed to figure it out.

I used one of these strollers when I was a nanny ....
the shoulder pads stay on to keep it comfortable for baby with the straps against them.

You can adjust the height of the straps by opening the back of the seat unit; you need to un-pop the hood and take it off, then un-pop the backrest cover and you'll see the plastic that holds the straps in place, you turn them and thread them back on themselves to lower / make them higher. (Hope that makes sense)

To tighten them - the chest or stomach ones - they have slider squares (can't think of a better way to describe them) when you're looking at the seat unit you can slide them left / right to loosen or tighten around your child

Hope that helps!
