Advice needed - new baby and toddler

I have a ten-week-old and a 2.5 year old.

we have a Noordi pushchair which we used with my first which also has a bassinet attachment.

I had initially thought I would carry my baby in a sling/harness and push my son in his pram. Then I thought once my baby was too big for the sling, he could go in the pram and my son could walk/go on a buggy board.

now the baby has arrived I can see this probably won’t work as it’s pretty hard work carrying the sling and pushing a heavy pram (there are lots of hills where we live). I’m also starting to question whether my son will be ready for a buggy board within the year - I anticipate he’d run off.

now thinking we may need a double buggy but not sure as it’s a big investment if we’re only using for a short while.

I’d really appreciate any advice/experiences/tips!

I would buy a cheap second hand double. Why make life hard for yourself trying to manage with a single when you can pick second hand doubles up cheaply on Facebook market place

I found a double invaluable at the same ages. Get one secondhand, and you’ll probably be able to sell it on after as well.
