Nuna Triv Next + Maxi Cosi carseat?

Hi!

I had almost decided on getting the nuna triv next pushchair, however I realised that their carseats are super expensive.

Before I commit to the triv next, does anyone have any experience of fitting a maxi cosi carseat (or any other brand) onto the Triv Next? If it's possible, how does it work? Do the Nuna ring adaptors work with other brands?
