Babyzen YoYo2

I'm looking to buy the Yoyo2 - I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for cheaper accessories that are awesome quality. I'll need a sunshade, parasol, foot muff, liner(s) and a mosquito net, plus the usual rain cover for London drizzle.

It's a fortune when I had it all up on the Babyzen website so any tips would be hugely appreciated please.

Also, does anyone know if a newer model will be released in the near future?

I've bought some Yoyo accessories from Aliexpress, a footmuff and raincover. Both have fitted well and are good quality, although they don't look quite the same as the original, if that matters.

It's going to be doing a lot of travel so I need some cheaper options for the "incase of damage" aspect, I will check out AliExpress.

We have the babyzen.
Have never used parasol ( the shade seems enough, just peg muslin high up with air space if needed), - also the parasol doesn’t fold, so you can’t take on plane as hand luggage
mosquito net (we live in mozzie magnet alps and no need) or liner ( why? It comes with one built in anyway on seat)

@Caspianberg thanks for info on sunshades, mossie net definitely needed as will be in tetse fly and malaria-prone areas.

I guess I just fine mine aren’t in the pram all day or evening, so mosquito bed kind of pointless as they would be either on adult lap when tiny feeding, or crawling or in highchair etc.. and only in pram if asleep or between a and b, so still need to add mosquito repellent to child

Don’t see the point of the parasol as it doesn’t give 360 sunshade - so no cover if you turn the pram

but get a snuzshade that you can attach to any pram

but anyway the baby zen shade is pretty long and good anyway

you can probably use any waterproof cover as the babyzen is smaller than most prams

John Lewis has some universal accessories

foot muff - i think the carry cot already comes with something

and when it’s the 6 month plus seat think you can use any standard blanket or foot muff

Awesome - the parasol is going and the snoozeshade is replacing it on the list.

@Caspianberg hadn't really thought about the whole in arms, lap thing. Can I ask what repellent you use? I am (as you can probably tell) totally clueless with all of this.

And wondering if I should try and find a desk job... rather than one that requires a lot of travelling.

We use incognito mosquito roll on. And long clothing

You can buy many of the accessories on Vinted new or used.

I need to check vinted out - I keep hearing about it from friends but have never ventured on there, had no idea it sold baby stuff...

this is genuine just wanted to help out those who are really wanting to buy one at a discount. Know times are hard for many atm and agree they are the best airline compact stroller. Hope this helps someone
