Does this tandem pushchair exist?

Looking for a tandem pushchair where the toddler seat lasts over 15kg.

My toddler is already over 15kg but I need a pushchair that holds both toddler and infant.

I thought I was sorted with a second hand silver cross wave, which is birth to 25kg but on further inspection of the details, it's only 25kg when used as a single stroller, it's 15kg + 9kg when used for toddler and infant duo.

Is there a (not too expensive) tandem or double pushchair which works for a bigger toddler?

I'm thinking this, it's just annoying as she will sleep in the pram but not on the body, therefore decides she's hungry. I have been trying to get her used to it, and tonight she had a dirty protest all over her lovely white onesie 😖 I guess I'll have to keep trying to introduce it. Or maybe find one she prefers
