Before I lose my mind...please help!

How do I remove the seat unit from the frame on the Cosatto Wow, please?

I've unzipped and unpopped most of it but can't separate the harness from the seat.

It's driving me nutty!!

Can't answer your question directly but have you tried YouTube? I usually find video 'tutorials' for most things I need.

Yep, googled and you tubed and can't find anything! So frustrating.

Hi. I have the same pushchair and I managed to work this out. Behind the seat the strap is held in a plastic buckle attached to the frame and you will see a metal one. This buckle is hiding an open gap that will allow you to slide the strap through when twisted. When this is undone, the strap can quite easily be pushed through and it will come away, ready to.be washed. I've added a photo to show the steps.
