Mountain Buggy Duet V3 - are the seats too narrow?

We’re due to have our second child in April 2023 and looking at pram options. Our daughter will be 2yrs 3months when her little sister arrives. Obviously I don’t know what she’ll be like then but at 21 months (now) she would still rather be in the pram than walk anywhere, and when she does walk she is running everywhere so I will defo need a double pram of some sort.

Id like to get a side by side pram for a few reasons but one of them is that my daughter is very picky with her surroundings so I can’t see her being happy being stuck behind/under or in a weird position.

The other issue is that we live in an old house with a narrow door. 70cms wide is the absolute widest we can go (otherwise I’d be going for an out n about nipper which my friends love).

Anyway, long story short I was looking at the Mountain Buggy Duet V3 as it would fit through our door fine but I’m worried that the toddler seat looks narrow and don’t want to squish my daughter who isn’t chunky but is t tiny either, and likes her space. There are any local shops that sell it near us either (Cardiff), so any advice or help would be great!! Thank you!

My nearly 5yo is very skinny but can still fit in it if im taking him to the doctor when he's ill etc. But he is getting a bit big so normal size 2yo will be fine. It's a goid pushchair
