Yoyo babyzen newborn pack - removed hard board parts

To wash my Yoyo babyzen newborn pack I removed the two hard board parts from inside the fabric, but I don’t know which board goes into which insert now that I’m putting to it back together. I assumed they’re the same but one of them has a folded/bendy bit. Does anyone know which bit goes into which insert? And which way around? I’m worried that I’ll do it wrong. Please see photos.

Hi!

did you ever figure this out? I bought ours second hand and it came with these pieces removed, I have no idea how to put it back together! Thanks!

I know this is an old thread, but it has the photos and everything, and I'm not able to take photos of it right now.

I have the exact same question as the OP, how do these boards install back in, which way around? One has a flappy bit on it.

Hopefully 2 years on someone has a suggestion? Or can those with a yoyo babyzen stroller maybe check on theirs? Thanks in advance!

The one with the flappy bit goes in the bottom so it folds over the seat, the other one goes in the top so it’s supporting the back. There are pockets in the material to put them back in!

Thanks rose88xx, and which way round would it go on the bottom? If I do it with the flappy bit towards the foot end, it makes the foot end hang down, and all videos of yoyos, ive seen this end part be really straight and firm.

So would it be okay to have the flappy bit on the bottom but in the center? Im assuming thats the only remaining option. The back piece is actually a large piece anyway, so it seems those cant be swapped. Just only which way around.

Hi, did you figure this out? I have the same question about which direction the flappy bottom part goes - thanks

Sadly didn't figure it out, so I just put the floor bit towards the middle which seemed to make it better as per my last post, but then someone else said it should go at the front/bottom.

Maybe best calling yoyo to ask . We transitioned to the 6+ pack now so the issue went is no longer applicable.

I just had this problem right now - I’d washed & put away the newborn pack and 2 years later needed it again with baby no 2.

The flappy board bit goes at the bottom, flappy part facing the handle. I was at first confused because the section where the board slots into must have melted slightly either in the wash or in the attic where it’s been stored, so the slot for it to go in looked too small. But I pushed it through & it all fits 👍
