Best umbrella fold pushchair for a tall almost-3 yo

I'm looking for a holiday pushchair (so probably buying secondhand) to suit my daughter, who'll be 3 in September but is as tall as a 4/5 year old. She's hypermobile and so gets tired more easily, so we will need to take something, but our usual Uppababy Vista is way too big for the roofrack.

That's not umbrella fold, is it? It looks good, but bulky.

It’s not bulky folds down smaller than most umbrella folds. You need a decent pushchair for a child who is very tall.

It depends how tall she is, we took our My Babiie stroller away with us for our tall 3yr old girl and it was perfect. Lays flat so they can sleep in the buggy, had good storage for nappies etc. I got one off Gumtree for £40.

Following, as I have nearly the same question!

I've found a Cosatto Supa on FB marketplace I like the look of, which goes up to 25kg.

Otherwise, people seem to recommend Maclaren XT Techno on here all the time.

It's hard to get something truly lightweight for a child over 15kg!

I have now had a long chat with DD’s childminder who is pretty expert and she says to avoid umbrella folds for DD because the seat is too shallow and the foot rest too high for a tall child. Her recommendation is the GB Pockit Plus All City stroller which is small enough to be carry-on luggage. DD has fallen asleep in it when she’s out with her childminder, so it must be pretty comfy.

Another vote for the baby jogger. Compact, single hand fold. Huge seat and hood. V comfy for DC.
