Icandy and Maxi Cosi Car Seat Adapters

Can you use any adapters for attaching Maxi Cosi car seats to an ICandy pushchair frame?
I have been researching and they all seem fairly specific.

The adaptors that come with the iCandy are suitable for Maxi Cosi car seats (and many other brands like Cybex and Joie). If you look at the adaptors on the iCandy website (Shop -> Accessories), it names Maxi Cosi explicitly on there, though it annoyingly doesn't say it on the page for the prams themselves! The adaptors came included with our Peach 6 and worked on our Joie car seat, as it was compatible with the Maxi Cosi adaptors.
