Toddler seat for coach built prams

Hi, can anyone kindly help me find one of those toddler seats that spans the main body of a silver cross coach built pram?

Absolutely loved my coach built pram for baby #1 and would love to find a toddler seat so I can carry on using it for both my children (

I had a Silver Cross type one years ago. I actually gave it away to somebody on mumsnet.
