Hi all so I've really been struggling to find a nice pram. I ordered 2 and when they arrived they didn't look like they did online and ended up being sent back. I found the trendy baby site and they had some lovely prams in there and advertised next day delivery. I read the trust pilot reviews and some were a bit hit and miss but the majority were good so I decided to chance it and buy a pram. I paid on credit card to protect myself incase. Now it's been 3 days since I ordered and I haven't even had any email to say it's confirmed, dispatches, out for delivery. When you contact them the phone just rings and rings and they don't seem to respond to emails. I know it's only 3 days but it's the not knowing that is the problem. My baby is due in 3 weeks and it's getting very urgent now as a lot of prams have waiting times after my due date. What would you do In this situation? Would you wait longer in hope it's gonna come or try and cancel and buy another one? I really liked this one and the colour I can't seem to get anywhere else
