Ten year old pram - what do you think?

I’ve been offered a ten year old newborn Icandy pram.
It’s from my MIL - it was used for SIL baby only when at MIL house.
It’s practically brand new.
We have money set aside for a new pram but it seems silly when this one is here. I like it and we would obviously get a new mattress and possibly some new wheels.
I’m just a bit worried it’s so old that it’s bad to use an old one?
Any advice for a FTM? Xxx

I bought a second hand bugaboo for our third baby, it was made in 2004!! Works great. New isn't always best.

My Emmaljunga pram with toddler seat is still going though the family as it’s so great if you have a small age gap. It’s so well made. My baby is 19!
