Best off load double buggy

Looking for a lightweight easy to push double buggy with proper Tire wheels. Something that doesn't fold up to big as I need to get in and out of the boot I have a Nissan Qashqai

Following, my little girl will be 15 months when no 2 arrives and I'm looking for a double which is easy to fold and push and will cope with walks across muddy fields and forest tracks

Baby jogger city mini twin.

One hand fold, copes with all terrain (better than my bugaboo donkey that got a puncture on the beach), folds flat.

I have the city mini GT and I love it. However it's not proper off road, it's wheels are much smaller. I used to have a Nipper 360 and that was awesome but doesn't fold as small. I have a single baby jogger elite and that is also fab.
