Cheaper to buy icandy peach + adapters to double

Is it cheaper to buy an icandy peach then get adapters with a carrycot to make into a double for a newborn and a toddler?

Possibly. I've seen the bubblegum pink one on sale for £350 before so would work well to do it that way
