Lightweight buggy - Ergobaby, Silver Cross or Mountain Buggy

I have a bugaboo Fox which I love but wow it takes up a lot of space in the boot. I’m looking for a second buggy for holidays (one day!), nursery runs and when I need the boot space.

I’ve been looking at the Ergobaby Metro, Silver Cross Jet and Mountain Buggy Nano. Or should I be considering another. The YOYO is a bit too expensive.

Keen for my son to be comfortable lying down and sitting (read that some don’t have an upright sitting position). Ideally would prefer a bar for toys and him to hold onto. Easy to steer up down pavements etc. I’m used to the amazing push on the Fox!

Thankyou

I'm really not in love with my Nano. It's ok but very uncomfortable and difficult to push

Bump - looking for similar! Have a Bugaboo Bee and after a second pram that is lightweight for the tube, flights and nursery. Agree I love the yoyo but seems a bit pricey as a second pram! I'm thinking about the ergobaby metro. What did you go for in the end?

I bought the micralite pro. It’s super easy to fold. On offer for less than I paid at the mo. Negatives are the brake is in an annoying place and the straps don’t have much padding.

A friend bought the ergo baby and seems pleased with it but I couldn’t find anywhere to try it.

Silver cross jet was my runner up but it was more expensive.

The mountain buggy is very heavy!
