Does a very upright, good on all surfaces pushchair exist??

I have a lightweight buggy that is very upright (completely straight back and flat base) which my 1 year old loves. But all the bigger pushchairs that are good for longer walks and all surfaces (we live rurally) are tilted/slanted and don’t have a straight back or flat base.

Is there one you can recommend? Not bothered about price but has to be upright and good for grass, gravel, uneven Surfaces etc.

Baby jogger city mini gt but buy sit up straps from eBay. Cost about £4 and make it bolt upright (the higher up the frame they go the more upright it is)
