With City Jogger Mini still need a buggy?

We loved our City Jogger Mini for DS1 and we did get a buggy when he was over 2 but didn't use it much apart from taking it with us for flight.

For the coming new born, we will get City Jigger again, but thanks to the light weight and easy folding of City Jogger, I'm unsure of a buggy would really serve much purpose after the first time experience.

Currently saw a sales having McLaren MaxII (light weight). Not sure if it's worth it at all as an additional.

Any comments please, ladies?

I've got a city mini and used it with DD till she was 3 over 3, and now with DS who is 5wks. Have had no need for another stroller.
