Buggy for tall toddler HELP

Help! Need buggy for a tall, heavy 35lb 3yr toddler that folds small for travel? She's outgrown City Tour Baby Jogger. One with an adjustable/long under seat strap foldable for travel would be great.

I found an Oyster Zero has one of the highest back and hood heights of the strollers I tried. My tall toddler still fits easily.
