Recommendations for lightweight pushchair handy for using on public transport

Looking for ideas for lightweight pushchair which are easy getting on/off buses and trains. Something with attached foot muff ( my LO forever taking off Velcro cover on current buggy)
LO is 18 months old.

the joie nitro stroller seems to fit what you are looking for, however i would advise you get a different rain cover to the one that comes with it as it is too short and has no ventilation holes.
