Mountain Buggy Duet vs Baby Jogger City Mini GT

How do the above prams compare (the duet used as a single with the little basket in place of the second seat).

I find the baby jogger turns really easily, folds really compact and easily, and can be pushed easily over grass, gravel, firm sand etc, but it is on its last legs and I’m trying for DC3 so I’m looking at the mountain buggy in particular because it can later be used for two children (DS2 is 3 months), and also has that nifty scooter/glider board for DS1 (aged 3).

Added to all that, space is a problem in our flat and we couldn’t do with a pram more than a few centimetres bigger than the baby jogger, so the MB being so narrow is a big plus.

I’m interested in hearing from anyone who has experience with both these pushchairs.

Narrowness, handling and all terrain capability, and small/easy fold are the biggest factors.
