Best buggy for twin newborns and a 2 year old

Hi all any advice? We need to buy a double buggy for newborn twins but our toddler will just be turning 2 and still will need some sort of seat!

Looking at new mountain buggy but the carrycots seem tiny..worried twins will grow out of them and then have to go in forward facing seats which don't seem to lie fully flat really early. Bugaboo donkey is extremely expensive and large but seems better option for longer carrycot time?

We use them yoyo as an everyday buggy for our son currently after selling his travel system at 8 months as we never used it was so heavy compared to yo yo!

Thanks

My sister got me an out and about double nipper when i had a newborn with a 15 month old. Her precise words after road testing it with her 2 year old twins and 3 year old ds (yep, 13 months between them😂) were "fuck me, wish i had got this buggy when the girls were born rather than the mountain buggy"!

Another vote for the out and about nipper double. I had it when DS2 was born and DS1 was 2YO.

I'd also recommend encouraging your eldest to start walking as much as possible as soon as you can. Both of mine walked everywhere from 2.5. I used the double buggy to begin and then just gradually went back to the single buggy and having DS1 walking. It does make trips longer and I probably drive a lot more than I would have done beforehand, but it's one less space needed on the pushchair.

I candy orange has a built in buggy board. I love ours

I’d find a double maybe tandem (oyster max/ I candy apple/peach orange) and a buggypod amorphous

Another vote for the out and about nipper. The footplate at the front was big enough for my eldest to sit on when he got tired and the twins were occupying both seats.

Agree the Out n About Nipper Double is fantastic, so lightweight and turns on a sixpence.

You can add Carrycots which are decent size and also a buggy board seat on the back.

Something like this would be cool.
