Removing Uppababy Vista hood fabrics

I know I’m supposed to unscrew something - but which bit and with what?

This is not my finest hour.

I have a Vista but no idea! Is there not a YouTube video that shows it?

There is one but it’s really unclear - I can’t see how she’s unscrewing it (I’ve tried!)
