I ordered a stroller online as it was reduced, for £99 but when it arrived, it was way too flimsy and uncomfortable to have for regular use. Seems more of a "take on a plane" stroller as it is light and compact. So I boxed it back up but couldn't find any paperwork in the box, so had to ring their customer service. It is £40 to courier back through them, or send at your own choice. Only free to return to a store, but my nearest is 50 miles away. It has cost me £20 today to return, meaning that preview in my own home has been an expensive one. I'm so cross I didn't check before ordering.
Just bear in mind if you are ordering a full pram/pushchair from them, it's £40 to send back. Feeling very cross with myself over it!
