can't believe this, my toddler is a SMALL two year old, I can barely do the straps up, they are lengthened to the max, the crotch strap is sewn into the seat and not adjustable. It's meant to go up to age 3.5!!!

Awaiting reply from Maxi Cosi and also the baby shop I bought it from, but have just read thread on hear about similar problem with Graco where one retailer has been sensible about it but Graco and another retailer (different customer) have just refused to do anything!

I can't afford to loose £400 on a useless buggy! I did try her in it first but thought it was difficult to fasten cos she was wriggling so much. Struggled with a crap pushchair for over a year and a half, and now this one is too crap to even use!

No refunds? That surely goes against your consumer rights. The item is not fit for purpose.

Can't answer in terms of your buggie. But I had issues with maxi cosi car seat and the customer service was fantastic. Seat was swapped for a brand new one of the same kind but upgraded model. They even told me to keep my cover so I had a spare seat. Good luck im sure they will help
