New Icandy Orange- Help! Can't unfold chassis

Have got this out of its box and added the big back wheels but can't work out how to unlock the chassis to unfold it. All the instruction videos online are so quick and don't show this part in detail and the instruction manual just shows an arrow in a general area. Can anyone help?
Don't want to force it.

Finding this more stressful than the great IKEA assembly of 2014.

Is there an unlock on the handle that you press?

Thanks Pebbles. There's a little button with a grey surround but it doesn't seem to press in at all.

Apparently you're supposed to "pull open the lock on the side and pull it up with the handlebar."

Ooh thanks Maitland. I'll try more of a pull on the lock bit.

The lock won't pull open. Unless it's super stick and used some sort of tool to do it

Stiff not stick!

It was just stiff! DD1 loosened it with a pencil despite my shouts of 'noooo don't damage it! It cost more than my car!'

I read somewhere else that you have to have the brake on when trying?
