Cheapest base/buggy option to use with car seat

I don't currently have a car seat compatible buggy but I am going to need one for a couple of months.

I want something easy to fold/unfold and small/light-ish. I won't be using it for anything other than as a base for the car seat (a maxicosi pebble) so other features don't matter to me.

Most importantly I don't want to spend much on something I'll only use for a matter of weeks.

Suggestions?

Babyzen Yoyo

I have a Yoyo but unfortunately the original one which doesn't take a car seat. Also much pricier than I was hoping for - ideally want something I can pick up second hand for much less!

Given that you only need a frame and wheels, could you ask on any local Facebook groups if anyone's got a Bugaboo Bee chassis?

I've got a Apple 2 Pear tandem + car seat and adaptors It was £880 and the buggy doesn’t feel heavy when pushing and it is narrow enough to make it through doorways.

I think the zapp fits it. I'm sure I've seen them for £160 ish.

Look for an old Mothercare My3 or My4 (may also be described as MyChoice) chassis. All the Maxi Cosi car seats fit on that with no adaptors needed - it was made by Dorel. I had the My4 (4 wheeled chassis) pram and it was amazing quality to say it was from Mothercare! But like I said, definitely made by Dorel who do all the Maxi Cosi seats and Quinny prams.
