Any good? Genuinely ok to take on planes?

I wrote about it at the bottom of this thread:
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/pushchair_chat/2548612-Buggy-for-commuting-with-toddler

Short answers:

  • buggy is merely OK
  • yes it does fit in the plane, took it on easyJet and BA
  • at some airports, staff insist that you leave it at the airplane door anyway
  • if you take it on-board, you sacrifice your hand luggage allowance

Frankly you're better off just choosing a lightweight buggy that handles well.

I have it for runs to and from the nursery (15 minutes each way) as I commute via public transport. The "buggy cupboard" is jam packed by the time I get there and the buggy's size makes it super easy to fit in.

It runs fine on smooth surfaces but can be outfoxed by pebbles and raised paving slabs.

Quite simple to put up and down but a bit faffy and time consuming.

Love it for how I use it and going to take it on holiday to Portugal later this year (which I might regret ...). Taking the larger pram camping as don't think the XXS will run well over grass.
