Double buggies for toddler and newborn

Hi all, I am looking for a double buggy to suit both newborn and toddler. We have borrowed a Britax B Dual to try out before the baby is born, as we have a Britax newborn car seat so thought this would save us buying a new one of those. BUT it is so heavy to push, even with just my small-ish toddler in! I am quite strong but found it exhausting and if I had to use it all the time it would put me off walking anywhere. So, I am now back to square 1, and considering all types of double buggies, whether they fit a car seat or not, inline or side by side. The key things are that it must be suitable from newborn, it must be light to push, and it must not be wider than 78cm! Thanks all.

I've just got the mountain buggy duet which has an optional carrycot/ forward facing seat for newborn - 6mo. It also takes a maxi-cosi car seat.

I haven't taken any of it out of the boxes yet so I can't tell you first-hand but I did a lot of research before buying it (however I was only looking at side by sides). It's 63cm wide I think.

iCandy peach, Stokke Crusi, Egg? I'm currently looking at these three as I'm expecting again. I think Phil and Ted do a double pushchair too.

I've just bought a second-hand P&T Explorer to use as a double for my 2.5yr old and imminent newborn. Currently using it as a single and I'm impressed. Only cost me £80 though so I'll sell it on for similar of it doesn't work out.

I researched a LOT of double buggies and it was between this and the City Mini double (I have a much-loved BJCM single). In the end I thought the P&T would be more versatile, although I don't yet know whether I can fit my BeSafe infant carrier on it (technically no, but someone on here told me yes!)
