Buggy board (Bugaboo Wheeled Board or BuggyBoard?) compatible with City Mini?

We have the City Mini and we've been using the Baby Jogger Glider Board for almost a year, but it's driving me crazy because now the wheels keep shimmying and going crazy, making me stop every 30 minutes to let them realign!! SO. We need a new buggy board that is compatible with the City Mini, one that can be unattached really easily (I have to fold up my buggy at our flat).

  • Does anyone know if the Bugaboo Wheeled Board fits onto the City Mini?
  • Has anyone used the Lascal BuggyBoard with a City Mini? Does it come off/on easily, or is it pretty involved to unclip it?

Thanks for any help!

I don't know what your tube dimensions are on your pushchair, but the Bugaboo board is designed to used with Bugaboo pushchairs because Bugaboo make adaptor pieces for the board to fit the different model they make. The Lascal is a doddle to detach and is fold uppable attached to the pushchair when not in use.

However, the Lascal boards are probably designed the same way as your Glider, aplastic wheels with a steel axel. The Bugaboo board is a plastic wheel, but has wheel bearings either side with a steel axle, so the wheel will always run true, no wearing out and going wobbly!!

What you want IS a board with bearing in the wheel. The Bugaboo will definitely outlast any non bearing board, but I don't know what other boards are available with bearinged wheels.
