Alternative to Baby Jogger City Mini GT please?

I got the Baby Jogger City Mini GT for DD (4 months) as I wanted something suitable for going across playing fields and folded easily to fit in my small boot. It's great, except that the handlebar drops down unexpectedly as I'm pushing it, so it's got to go back. It has been replaced once already for this fault, so I'm giving up on it.
Can any one suggest an alternative please?
It needs to have an adjustable handle height and be easy to push, particularly over grass.

I love ours and will be sad to see it go [we are getting a double]
My handle bar only goes up/down if I press the buttons either side of the handle.

Will you be selling yours? I'd love it, if only it didn't do the handlebar thing.

Recently sold mine. Also loved it and handle was fine. Don't give up on it, it's pretty much the best pushchair out there.

Oh no! I might give Baby Jogger a call and see if they can fix it then.

Yes mine has never done this in 6m of everyday use. You've been v unlucky! Third time lucky?!

Ditto to above, never had problems with mine, best pushchair ever.

Have you all purchased the carry cot for use with a new born? Nice pram but buying the carry cot wacks up the price a little. ...

I have this too, brilliant and no handlebar probs

I've spoken to Baby Jogger and they are going to send me a replacement handlebar. I love it apart from this, so fingers crossed it works.
frangipani - I don't have the carry cot. We already have a travel system and DH was not entirely impressed that I bought another pushchair, so the carry cot would be going too far.

@pico - can you use it for a nb without a carrycot then as I know it fully reclines. Bloody minefield this buggy business!

We got it about a month ago, so didn't use it from newborn, but I think you can.
