I have an Oyster Max for my 14 month old DS. I love it. It is sturdy, lovely to push and DS naps beautifully in it. I used it as a double for the first 7 months and it was excellent for that.

Now DS is starting to toddler and I've made it forward facing it is starting to feel quite big. It takes up the entire boot and we are holidaying in the UK this year so need the boot space back.

I have a Quinny Zapp which was DD's but is next to useless because it doesn't recline, has no basket and it is so light it tips up with a changing bag on the back as soon as DS gets out.

Can anyone recommend a buggy that is smaller than the Oyster when folded but is sturdy enough to hold a bag on the handles without a toddler to counterbalance it. A big hood would be a bonus as he likes the Oyster hood when snoozing.

I've looked at a Baby Jogger City Mini online. Is there anything else as I thought the basket looked very small.

Does anyone know what the difference is between the City Mini and City Lite please?

City mini zip is great, I love ours. I left hospital yesterday with ours and it's so lightweight and easy to fold it's great. It's much smaller than the city mini too

City Mini is a brilliant buggy - sturdy, compact, massive hood, great recline and the basket's definitely adequate enough for average use. I loved my Versa GT but I currently love the City Mini that little bit more!

I'm going to pop to John Lewis at lunch and see what they've got in. I've got used to the massive basket on the Oyster but really it is the space the second seat should be in.

Looking at the Joggers online the basket looks bigger than what I was looking at yesterday on a day out so I think I might have been eyeing up at older version?

Graco Evo mini looks good too but if you want a big basket then I would go for the city mini. I have a nuna pepp which I think has a more compact fold than the city mini but the basket isn't as big

I went to the shops at lunch and tried out the joggers and saw an Oyster Lite. I really like the Oyster Lite so I think I an going to go for this.

Thanks for your help.
