hi

just after some advice. im currently 15wks with my pfb. been looking at prams and although i like a few this one is my favourite.

was just wondering if anyone has one and what are the pros and cons?

i really want a classic style pram which is why this one appeals to me the only thing im worried about is getting it in and out of car and what the wheels are like?

i have seen a demo and it does fold down more compact than i expected but if anyone has experience with it it would be very welcome. thanks.

If you're not particularly fussed about a carrycot then I really rate the Emmaljunga City Cross which is quite compact for a proper pram and the seat fully reclines so it is suitable from birth. We paid £460 for ours and with a minimum of 5 miles per day it still looks new.

Have you seen this? www.emmaljunga.co.uk/accessory/babylift/

It's a carrycot that fits inside main pram. And can be used in various models including the city cross mentioned above

that's really good! worth a look at. i think (shame Blush)i just love the look of the big prams.

i dont know if we will have another dc and even if we do i doubt we'd ever have this much money to play with for a pram so its making me sway more to what i love incase i never get to do it again.

i actually prefer cocoons and carry8 type inserts like the one on the babyjogger vue to an actual carrycot now they look more snug and cosy Smile if i were to go for a carrycot system it would have to be the Maxi Cosi Loola Up 2 it has a carrycot that folds totally flat to go into the car boot or into storage at home i think some over brands do this feature to im not sure which though

will take a look at that one too. im sat looking at the silver cross freeway as we speak as that was one of the first ones i liked.

its funny how everyone else influences you though, my dm doesnt understand why anyone would buy a black pram and it just sticks in my head. i really shouldnt share my ideas, she tried to veto my name the other day too! just feel like as im her only dd it is nice to keep her in the loop. she just needs to learn to keep opinions to herself i think haha!
