Joie chrome or quinny buzz xtra?

So I'm returning my graco evo travel system (pram, carrycot and car seat) as a) at 15lbs the straps on the car seat won't fasten around my daughter and they are adjusted to full length, checked with graco to be sure and b) the handle is very very wobbly. Not acceptable after 5 months use! Not even used the pushchair bit yet!

I've narrowed the replacement down to the joie chrome or the quinny buzz xtra.

I do a lot of wailing and use public transport and have an average size car boot.

Opinions of joie chrome and quinny buzz xtra please :-)

Of the two the chrome definitely but I have never understood the appeal of the buzz at all, too wide, tiny basket, no upright parent facing position. I had a chrome and liked it a lot.

What about an oyster 2, Phil & teds smart lux, chicco urban or cybex iris?

Or the easy walker mosey, which I can't seem to help but recommend to everyone :-)
