I just bought the previous bugaboo bee canvas canopy from ebay for the new bugaboo bee 3 I am about to buy, as I don't really like the stretchy jersey fabric that is available for the bee 3 (or the andy warhol special edition canvas version!). The ebay posting said it could be used on the bugaboo 3 and in John Lewis I was told by one assistant that I could use the old canopy, but by another on a separate occasion that I had to get the new jersey canopy as the old one wouldn't fit. The canvas canopy I bought is not extendable, so I am unsure whether it will fit onto the new extendable wires, but the shape looks the same as the new canopy. Does anyone know whether it will work with the new wires?
