Uppababy vista - anyone petite got it?

Hi
I'm seriously considering the new uppababy vista when it comes out but was unable to try the old one for feel during my appointment yesterday in John Lewis as all uppababys have been withdrawn in anticipation of the new release. As a system, it's looking ideal for what I want but I'm only 4ft 11.

I'm wondering if anyone short has one and if so how you've found it to push in terms of handle height - it's hard to tell in a shop as you're not doing it for long anyway.

I've had other prams in the past and hadn't really taken this issue into account when buying but remember that I felt my Maclaren was a bit high - although I can't remember how often I used to readjust them after dp has used it...

Hello, I had the Uppababy and at 5ft 5 it was ok at the lowest height. I would have liked it a little lower if I had the option.

It is very big and bulky when folded. As you are petite I would try to lift and carry it a while / lift it as if putting it in the boot of a car before committing. I really didn't like it and wish I'd gone for something smaller and easier from the start.

Thanks Ijust, the plan is that JL call me when it's in and I'll go and see it in person. I'm really hoping I like it as my plan b was the city jogger gt or something which has no parent facing option.

What do you wish you'd got instead?

I'm tall and strong but agree with the PP that it's a significant weight to haul into a car.
