best tandem for a tall toddler

I'm still trying to decide on a tandem for my 18 month and 1 month old. I'm swaying toward one of the phil and teds but not sure how my tall (86cm) toddler will manage. Am I better off with the bjcm or oyster max?

My DS is 21 months and tall for his age (probably shares his dads big head lol) but DD is 9 months and normal size - I put them in my icandy and they fit well because you can unzip the hood at the back of the seat and raise the hood up to make the seat taller.

Sounds like you'll need to watch DD1 with the boys when she gets older lol
