Baby Jogger have just released a press release after they have won a court case in the U.S. for patent infringement:
As part of the ruling it says:
"As part of the Consent Judgment and Permanent Injunction, the Court permanently enjoined Britax from any further manufacturing, using, offering for sale, selling, or importing into the United States any products that infringe the ‘548 Patent, except as expressly permitted by Baby Jogger. "
Now that Britax can't bring any more B-Agile's or B.O.B. Motion's (B-Motion here) into the U.S. with the current folding mechanism, I wonder what will happen here in the UK?
