city mini - where does the raincover clip to ?

just that really it has two hooks on the bottom but i havent found anywhere it easily fastens to ? bottom of the pushchair keeps getting wet as it rides up ?

subbing for the answer too. Ive never worked it out in the four years ive had mine!

I think they are supposed to hook onto each other underneath the buggy, behind the front wheel.

I was led to believe something different.
The hooks are the right size to clip onto the tubing at the front of the pushchair - by the footwell - underneath. If you get one at one side, and one at the other and give a firm push - they clip on and stay there. That is what I have always done. There are photos of the double raincovers being clipped on at each side like this if you Google.
