I've seen the toro on one and heard whispers of the dreami fitting but does this one? Thanks

The Micralite definitely does!

I absolutely would not recommend this. The Bee Plus is a very lightweight, very rickety feeling pushchair and mine often had one wheel off the ground when cornering. To advise to put anything on a pushchair which isn't safety tested would be putting a child at risk. Using a carrycot from another brand really isn't wise either even if it did fit! Its your baby, your most precious thing ever, and your liability if anything went wrong. Hmm

Of course its up to you if you wanted to do this (I know many who have) I found that the quinny dreami carrycot did fit on the adapters for the bee plus, but due to the width and shape of it (more rounded) it was hard to get it to lock on properly. The foldable carrycot is slimmer and more rectangular tho, so may work fine. Another option is a soft carrycot (custom makers do them) babynest style which still has sides, but sits on the actual seat and baby is strapped in as the straps come through holes in the bottom, so this wouldn't make any difference to the safety of using the pram as its the same as the bugaboo cocoon just with higher sides. The weight difference would be negligible
