I have a 2006 Quinny buzz, it's in ok condition, certainly too good for the tip, but is definitely a bit stiff to push constantly, but comes with bassinet and then pushchair but and all sorts of other bits, doesn anyone know anywhere that takes them for parts or refurbishes them! Just don't want to chuck it when it was £600 but don't think I will get anything for it on eBay. Thanks Lx

freecycle/freegle is great if you don't mind getting rid of it for free. I got a maclearan (sorry, I know I can't spell that!) from freecycle a year or so ago and still use it for DD a year later. I see buggies up on my local freecycle etc pages periodically and it seems a good place to pass on buggies that are too good for the tip.

I would definitely try eBay as I think Quinny's do usually sell well on there. Maybe try just selling seat unit and carrycot separately?

Local Facebook group. Everything goes on there.

Perhaps try selling bits separately.

Someone might even be looking for spare wheels etc.

If you're happy to give it away, I bet your local woman's refuge could find a home for it.

For a 2006 buzz you are looking at 40-50 with all the gubbins, possibly a bit more if its a limited edition colour.
For that sort of money it's really not worth the hassle of eBay, you could try a local fb selling page, or if you aren't fussed for cash and just want it off your hands, local women's refuge or free cycle

Try your Mumsnet Local page. There is a classified section.
